2. Adopt 7-station operation, equipped with ground rail assembly line, special supporting crane and a carriage return system to operate efficiently.


3. The operation is carried out in 7x1,7 stations, which can be carried out in double shifts. If all the stations of the whole assembly line are operated at the same time, the design daily disassembly capacity is about 50 vehicles, and the annual disassembly capacity can reach about 15,000 vehicles per year. The staff can be flexibly allocated according to the disassembled vehicles, and the efficiency can be improved.


Station introduction


Entrance: use forklift to put the small scrapped vehicles to be dismantled on the track trolley, and then carry out on-line treatment, and move the trolley to the first station.


Station 1

Vehicle pretreatment station: (effectively recycle vehicle waste liquid, freon and other substances)


Main equipment used: vehicle lifting device, oil pumping and discharging device, fuel discharging and drilling system, Freon recovery device and supporting special tools.


Firstly, the vehicle battery and gas storage tank are removed and put into the designated recycling bin. The vehicle engine oil, steering oil, coolant, glass water and other liquids are recycled into the special oil storage tank by using the oil extraction and drainage device and the lifting platform. Then, the vehicle brake oil and other liquids are recycled by using the matching oil receiving funnel. Then, the vehicle fuel is recycled by using the fuel discharge drilling system. Finally, the vehicle refrigerant substance is recycled into the special tank by using the Freon recycling device. Then move the vehicle to the second station.


Station 2

Tire disassembly station: (tire disassembly and recycling)


Main equipment used: ultra-thin small shear lift, special tools for tire disassembly.


Firstly, the track trolley is moved directly above the elevator, and the vehicle is lifted to a proper height by the pneumatic elevator, and the tires are removed by using special tools, put into the tire turnover trolley and moved to the hub separation station for separation, and then the track trolley is moved to the third station.


Station 3

Dismantling station of chassis parts: (Dismantle vehicle chassis parts: front and rear axles, shock absorber, exhaust pipe, three-way catalyst, and shock absorber bolts on engine bottom)


Main equipment used: vehicle overturning platform, special chassis parts crane, hydraulic shears and supporting special tools.


Firstly, the rail car is moved to the designated overturning station, and the scrapped car is overturned by 90 degrees by using the vehicle overturning platform, which is convenient for workers to disassemble the chassis, and the working process is safe and efficient. Then use special tools and hydraulic shears to remove the chassis components, and use special cranes to move the components to designated recycling bins for recycling. Then, the car is turned over by using the vehicle turning platform, and the rail car is moved to the fourth station.


Exit: use forklift to move the processed car shell to the post-processing workshop for briquetting or crushing.


Station 4

Disassembling station of body moving parts: (removing front and rear covers, front and rear bumpers, doors, front and rear glasses, fenders, etc.)


Main equipment used: hydraulic shears, supporting special tools, special cranes and glass disassembly equipment. Use special tools to remove the front and rear covers. For the parts that are not easy to remove, you can use hydraulic scissors to cut and remove the front and rear covers. Use a pneumatic screwdriver and hydraulic scissors to remove the bumper. After the vehicle door is fixed with a special crane, the vehicle door is sheared with hydraulic shears, and the vehicle door is moved to the designated recycling bin for recycling. Use a glass cutting device to cut the front and rear glass once, and use a special sucker to take the glass down for recycling. Use a hand wrench and other tools to remove the fender. After all the parts are dismantled. Move the trolley to the fifth station.


Station five

Cockpit disassembly station: (Dismantle internal parts of vehicle cockpit (center console, airbag, steering wheel, etc.))


Main equipment: use special tools, pneumatic, manual and electric tools, which can be disassembled with matching micro hydraulic shears. Use special tools to disassemble the central control components, steering wheel and other equipment, and move them to a special recycling box for recycling. Dismantle the airbag with special tools, recycle it to the designated recycling box, move it to the airbag fine disassembly area, and use the airbag detonating device to detonate and recycle it. After removing the cockpit components, move the rail car to the sixth station.


Station 6

Disassembly station inside the vehicle cabin: (remove vehicle seats, interiors, wires and other components)


Equipment used: special crane, supporting special tools, and optional miniature shears. Use special tools to disassemble the seat, and use special scissors to cut and remove cables and other components. Use special tools to remove the vehicle interior, and move the removed parts to the designated recycling bin for recycling. Move the trolley to the seventh station.


Station 7

Engine compartment parts disassembly station: (Dismantle various parts in the engine compartment and put them into the designated recycling box for recycling)


Equipment used: special crane, supporting special tools (manual, pneumatic, electric), fine disassembly platform, etc. Use special tools to disassemble the engine compartment except other parts of the engine, and move the parts to a special recycling bin for recycling. Then use a special crane to fix the engine on the hook, use special tools to remove the connecting parts of the engine, use a crane to take out the engine and gearbox together, and move them to a special recycling box for recycling. The engine and other parts are then moved to the fine disassembly station, and the fine disassembly operation is carried out by using the supporting special fine disassembly platform. Finally, the rail car will be used to move the car shell to the exit, and the forklift will move the processed car shell to the post-treatment workshop for briquetting or crushing. Equipped with carriage return system (4 sets of special carriage return system cranes)
